Real Madrid set €40m price to let Sami Khedira leave

Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti will only allow Sami Khedira to be sold this summer if Manchester United, Arsenal or Chelsea table an “irresistible” €40m offer, despite already agreeing a deal to sign his German international team-mate Toni Kroos.

That is according to Madrid-based daily Marca, who believe that Ancelotti would prefer to keep the versatile midfielder and persuade him to sign a new contract as he weighs up who will have to leave to make room for potent playmaker Kroos.
